We have a comprehensive training program in place for all new partners entering our network. The training program is three weeks longs and takes place in our Support Centre in Melbourne. Our extensive training is inclusive of both front and back of house operations and processes, customer service, troubleshooting and smoothie making too!
You will also be provided with support in your new store by the Learning & Development team in your first days of operation. After the first few days, our Support Centre will still be available to help you and are only a quick phone call or email away.
By the end of your training we ensure you will feel confident to step into your new store understanding all the facets of running your business after working closely with out dedicated Learning and Development team!
