At Boost we have flexible options for our Boosties including casual, part-time and full-time positions. The  operating hours will vary store to store, but we will work with you in relation to shifts to work for you.

Types of positions:

We have a number of different positions in our stores. We've included a brief overview below for you:

Team Member (TM) – To deliver an amazing experience to our customers and to create an environment that makes both our customers and the team around you feel great. To make and provide healthy drinks that taste good in a sanitary environment.

Team Leader (TL) – To assist the management team to lead a Boost Juice team. To act as the manger on duty when an AM or BM are not present. To assist in developing Team Members to achieve optimum results in the store.

Assistant Manager (AM) – To assist the BM closely to manage and lead the store and associated team. To lead by example and assist in developing Team Leaders and Team Members to achieve optimum results in the store. 

Store/ Business Manager (BM) – Manage and lead a Boost Juice store and associated team to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to Boost operational procedures, achieve sales growth and profitability.
