Your points update on your card quite quickly, so if they aren't showing automatically please first try refreshing the website at the top of the screen or if you are using our app, head to your "card" and drag downwards from the top to initiate the refresh.
If your points are still not showing up, send us an email to boost@boostjuice.com.au. Let us know the Boostie number you scanned in store, provide a copy of your receipt (or screenshot of payment) and any details you think may help. We will ensure to fix your well-deserved points up for you.
