Our interviews are simply our chance to learn more about you, so please don't fret. You don't need to dress in a suit, but we definitely recommend smart casual attire.

An individual interview will normally be with the store manager who will ask you some questions about yourself and make sure you'd be a great fit for the team. 

If you were invited to a group interview, it will be a bit different but still just as relaxed. Group interviews are a lot of fun and will involved a number of out of the box activities.
