As a rough number to work with, we suggest having 10% of the purchase price ready to purchase stock when starting your store. 

The purchase price will vary from store to store, however, when purchasing a new store you can expect to pay approximately $300,000AUD + GST*. In this example, you should have $30,000 working capital.

We do however recommend you seek financial advice on this figure externally.
